Become involved in the exciting sign and graphics industry by joining the FASTSIGNS Dallas team as a Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales Consultant.
This is a full time position with a regular schedule and weekends off! Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM with opportunities for overtime. Includes commissions, paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and performance bonuses.
1. Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, telephone, and email customers.
2. Respond to customer inquiries; determine customer sign needs, provide sign recommendations and quotes, and assist customers with the order process.
3. Process customer orders. Accurately complete work orders; obtain customers’ approval and payment for sign orders.
4. Contact customers when the order is ready, when delays or errors occur, or when payment is late.
5. Execute a variety of marketing functions: In-store database mailings based, thank you cards, prospect via phone for new customers, etc.
6. Support store manager as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and other paperwork.
1. Previous experience as a customer service representative or inside sales representative
2. Basic sales and telemarketing skills
3. Correct English usage including spelling, grammar and punctuation; ability to proofread
4. The ability to read a ruler, use a calculator, and do basic math
5. Basic computer skills including experience with a point-of-sale system, data entry, communicating through email
Earn commissions on closed sales

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and have a positive “get it done” attitude. Previous sign or printing industry experience a plus, but not required. Previous customer service or sales experience a must.
